<ul><li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;"><span style=""><span style="">The applicant has submitted to a college.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;"><span style=""><span style="">That application deadline has passed.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;"><span style=""><span style="">There is any required form, for any college on the applicant’s list, that has not been submitted by the student’s first application deadline. </span></span></span></span></span></li></ul>
