<p>If you have any difficulty logging into your first year account please try the following:</p>

<ul><li>If you are using an older version of a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) you will need to update it to the latest version. You can view the System Requirements <a href="https://appsupport.commonapp.org/applicantsupport/s/article/What-are-th…; target="_blank">HERE</a>.  </li></ul>
 

<ul><li>Check to see if you have any Content or Ad blocker features enabled.  If so, please disable them and try to log in again.</li></ul>
 

<ul><li>Make sure you are not trying to log in from a bookmarked site.  Your log in screen should look like the below image.  If your log in screen does not look like that, please visit www.commonapp.org and click on the &#39;Log In&#39; button at the top right of the page.  That should take you to the current log in page.  If you have tried to log into your account via the correct screen and still have have an issue, please clear your cache and restart your computer and try once again.   </li></ul>
