It is likely that the student has not identified your school accurately in their application. If the teachers or counselors have not submitted their forms yet, please have the student remove all the names from their<b> </b>Recommenders and FERPA section of their application. After they have done this, they should update their CEEB code in the education section of the Common App tab to the correct one which will show that their school forms are submitted via Naviance.<br><br>If the counselor or any of the teachers have already submitted their forms, please send the following information to the support team so that we can correct the applicant&#39;s account:<br><br>• Applicant&#39;s name<br>• Your school&#39;s CEEB code<br><br>*Note that if you have already submitted any forms for this applicant through the Common App system, they will need to be re-submitted through Naviance.
